Wedding Reception

Giant tipis will set the scene for our outdoor/ relaxed festival styled celebration. We plan for the party to continue through the weekend with on-site glamping available.

Where is the wedding ceremony?

Old Sodbury Church – BS37 6NF

What time is the ceremony?

The ceremony will start at 12pm. Please arrive to be seated by 11:30am.

Where should we park?

Parking will be on the road outside of the church. Please try to leave space towards the top of the hill for elderly and less mobile guests.

Reception

Where is it?

Patrick Pinkers Game Farm – BS37 9TY. Please follow the signs for parking.

When can evening guests arrive?

Evening guests are welcome to arrive from 6 pm.

Is there a bar?

Of course! The bar will be open all day with last orders at 12:30am. The bar will take cash and card (subject to signal on the card machine). Please don’t bring your own drink for consumption on Saturday as we have an agreement in place with the bar.

Weekend Glamping

Can I bring my own tent, campervan, or caravan?

We’re sorry, but unfortunately not. For many reasons, we’re only allowing pre-pitched bell tents on site. Click here to find out more

What’s happening Sunday day?

Plans are fairly relaxed. Hopefully a day of chilling in the sun with food, drink and music. Garden games and activities will also be available.

What’s happening Sunday evening?

Disco, drinking games and fun. Lots of fun.

When do we have to leave?

Guests will need to vacate by 12pm on Monday.

What’s for breakfast?

Guests staying overnight will be treated to a BBQ breakfast on Sunday morning.

Is there food and drink available?

From Sunday onwards please bring your own food and drink. We will have a communal BBQ for use throughout the weekend.
